It’s Friday and I’ve already finished my week at the headquarters. What a lovely sunshine we’ve had today leading me to my neighborhood streets shooting my casual Friday outfit.
Leggings are so comfy when doing desktop work. And a long button-up covers enough so it is absolutely work environment friendly. These pants are from Sandro. The material is thick but not too warm. Thin bright blue lines and knee patches add more style to them. They look simple but not basic.
“I like the idea of pairing chic leggings with a long button-up shirt, because it works well for a casual day in the office.”
Adding shiny ankle boots will round off the look, giving it more edge. My shoes are from Maje – I bought them in fall and currently love transitioning them into spring.
I am also adding a cardigan as another layer. Spring is tricky in Germany: warm + cold + windy + sunny = layering is key.
The cardigan I am wearing is a classic piece – I assume you most likely have at least one example in your wardrobe. At the headquarters I see the cardigan a lot. Today I tried something different and accessorized it with a brooch instead of a statement necklace. Brooches add a fine and elegant tone to your outfit → #cute.
For jewelry I chose fine rings and cute ear candy. It is a little something to discover on “second sight”.
Munich is really pretty this time around. Blue skies contrast very beautifully with the historic buildings you find everywhere. Make sure to look up now and then when leaving the office.
“I like to get off the subway one stop earlier to walk the neighborhood and embrace the beauty surrounding me.”
Enjoy what is surrounding you!
Disclaimer: Everything on my blog is my personal opinion and bought with my own money. All outfits I wear on my blog, I actually wear at work (a large corporate headquarters). So, it’s kind of a real girl – real work life fashion diary. I hope you enjoy reading and may find some ideas and inspiration. Would be lovely to connect over #businessoutfits.
